I am from Wilmington,NC and have lived here all my life.   I recently acquired Animal Friends of Wilmington from my good friend Jared. What an amazing opportunity this experience has been for me and my family.  I bought Animal Friends from Jared in October of 2007. This freed Jared up to pursue his life-long dream of equistrian training, and opened up a whole new world for me. I learned the ropes from Jared. And he taught me well the technicalities of caring for medically-challenged pets while you are away. "When you are away, your pet becomes my pet." I care for your pets as if they were my own. I had finally found my place in the world. I have fallen in love with taking care of your pets and knowing each and every day that I wake up, I am fulfilling my lifetime goal: doing what I want to do with my life. Just as Jared proclaimed, Animal Friends has continued to grow each day.  I will do my best to continue to provide you the best service available for your pets' needs with love, respect and kindness.
