Jack Spratt
Animal Friends
has been taking care of our Jack Russell Terrier, Jack Spratt,
since he was a baby. Our boy is almost 5 now. He stays with
Animal Friends 5 to 6 weeks at a time and considers Animal Friends to be members of our
family.
One time after a hurricane, Jack Spratt was staying with Animal Friends for a few
weeks. If he had been staying with anybody else, there is not a
doubt in our minds that we would have lost our sweet boy for he became
very ill. He developed a high fever and broke out in red spots all
over his body. Animal Friends began supportive care and got immediate
veterinary treatment with our local veterinarian.

Nikita the Wonder Dog!
Our "zoo" (4-dogs, 4-cats) has been using Kathy and Animal Friends of Wilmington for over 8 years! The reliability, trust, warmth, and caring of our pets has been nothing short of amazing as we feel that Animal Friends is an integral part of our extended family.
Due to the dynamics of our family business, we are asked to travel on a day or two notice. Animal Friends has always been there for us, including the unexpected late flight arrivals back to Wilmington, picking up the mail and paper, turning on the lights, (and even watering some of the Mrs. plants).

You can't imagine how less stress it is for you and your pets to come home to a group of much calmer, better adjusted animals than it is to worry about going to the kennel at their hours of business. We have also found due to the number of pets we have to save money overall.
